Rated iv out of 5 by Deidre from Christmas (I bought a "prepare" the tiptop and bottom chests). A Christmas present for my dad, I had it delivered. The commitment guys were awesome, calling me ahead of time and polite to my father and me! The but matter I am disappointed is that it came already assembled. Zippo is damaged, simply I was hoping information technology would still be in the boxes and waiting until Christmas day. My dad had to correct the wheels on information technology later, the casters were on backwards. We were also missing keys to both the top and bottom chests. I don't accept patience for automatic voice menu, then I went on chat on the Craftsman website and they referred me to the company that specializes in their keys/locks. They mailed me 2 pairs without accuse! A footling hassle, but overall, my dad loves it!

This unit is well put together and has bang-up storage. It moves easy with the handle and wheels. Best role is the stackability. At that place are other top pieces yous tin puchase if you desire. It does come with a dainty mat on top also. Overall creat product.

The bottom drawer soft-close mechanisms were not installed correctly so the drawer closed unevenly; Ane exterior side panel was bent (mayhap it as dropped at some point); Tertiary drawer from the height would not open due to drawer inside metal stop was bend (we fixed this ourselves). Other than the above, everything else was expert.

Rated five out of 5 by Bearding from Perfect fit for my small space Drawers operate smoothly and are a good size for my tools. Caster wheels make moving the cart like shooting fish in a barrel. Handle is sturdy. Would take been prissy to include padded liners for the drawers. Will probably purchase liners.
